Ms Lucille Fester

Lucille Fester is the Private Secretary to Premier Alan Winde. She is the first point of call when the public wants to reach the Premier to report service delivery issues and complaints.

She has great communication skills and is often able to resolve problems and direct the public accordingly.

Lucille, who is calm, friendly and helpful, goes the extra mile in assisting the public and officials alike. Referred to as the ‘mother of the Office of the Premier’, she is always willing to listen and provide advice, while displaying care and concern for her colleagues.
