Ms Anele Speelman

Anele Speelman, Head of Office of the HoD Agriculture, has worked in the department for nearly 19 years.  Her experience and expertise of her department, enables her to fast-track enquiries and service delivery demands in a professional way. She is responsible for the administration of both Ministerial and Head of Department.

Citizens can voice their concerns directly to the Minister. Anele as Head of Office of the HoD developed an internal system, where these enquires are logged and tracked for response within a five-day working period. She developed a database where details of all enquires received and completed are managed and saved. This database is used by the various Branches and Programmes within the department for referencing and to see what responses have been forwarded to the clients.

Stakeholders are comfortable to contact her when assistance is required, knowing that they will receive a positive outcome in the shortest possible time.
