Khalil Mullagie

Khalil Mullagie has been in the position of the Provincial Executive Officer since August 2008 and acted in the same position from July 2007 to July 2008.
Khalil previously worked for a private sector funded non-governmental organisation, National Business Initiatives (NBI), for 7 years where he managed programmes on Financial Management for Local Government, Local Economic Development, Private Public Partnership and Organisational Development.
Before the NBI, he worked at the Cape Town Municipality for 13 years in various positions. While at the City of Cape Town, he was seconded to be part of a team to manage and coordinate the Western Cape Economic Development Forum for just over 2 years. This forum was later transformed into the Provincial Development Council.
