Enver Sherry
Mr Sherry works in the Directorate Business Strategy and Stakeholder Management. He coordinates the Transform to Perform Strategy Provincial Programme, including communication across Western Cape schools.
Although Mr Sherry works behind the scenes, he has become a pillar to the Western Cape Education Department schools he supports in embracing the Transform to Perform Strategy. His commitment and values influence the thinking of the broader school community, with the main aim of modifying behaviours. His actions assist in the attainment of schools’ visions, missions and goals and the improvement of behaviour, discipline and social engagement. Mr Sherry goes to great lengths to identify and stop unethical and unscrupulous behaviour at schools. His ethical approach, assertiveness, dedication and commitment to the Transform to Perform Programme ensures that all schools comply with requirements, requests and deadlines.
