Jashmeer Maharaj - Department of Health and Wellness
Jashmeer Maharaj has been leading the eHealth projects IT team at the DoHW since 2016, overseeing various IT systems, network infrastructure, and hardware refresh. Throughout 2022/23, he managed numerous IT systems across the Department and is known for his problem-solving abilities. Jashmeer demonstrates a strong commitment to public service, regularly going beyond expectations to support patient services.
He maintains professionalism, courtesy, and respect in his relationships and actively contributes to improving health IT system delivery. As a public service leader, he upholds the Batho Pele principles, prioritizing people in his daily duties.
