The Drakenstein Retention and Growth Team (RGT) forms an interface between the municipality and existing business or potential investors.
The primary focus of the RGT is to provide existing business with a direct link in relation to service delivery issues affecting their current and future operations and to provide red carpet treatment for any new potential investor.
The legislative and policy environment, especially in the planning, economic development, heritage and agricultural areas cuts across various spheres of government.
The focus in Drakenstein, through the RGT, is therefore to assist existing and potential new business to reduce turn- around times on service delivery issues and all planning-related decisions.
