Langebaan CPF and Langebaan NHW
The Tolhuis is a historic building at the entrance to Langebaan which had fallen into a state of serious disrepair, and had been unoccupied except for vagrants, criminals, and drug dealers, for many years. The Langebaan CPF, together with the Tolhuis owners, decided to repurpose this building to become a facility which could be used by the community, for the community.
The Tolhuis has become a home-base and monitoring office for the Team Langebaan Neighbourhood watch.
This project has brought together more than 40 businesses/organisations to partner with the CPF in upgrading this facility to one which is unrivalled in the entire Saldanha Bay Municipal area.
All in all, the Tolhuis project has created a wide base of support for various projects, headed by the Langebaan CPF and its wide base of affiliates.
